Brigid McAuliffe is an interdisciplinary artist, educator and musician. Her solo and collaborative works have been shown nationally and internationally. She is currently a visiting assistant professor of new media at Indiana University South Bend. She has studied and exhibited in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy. She was an artist - in - residence in Rosario, Argentina and at PlatteForum in Denver. She earned a MFA at the University of Denver in Electronic Media Arts Design with a focus on time based media, installation, digital storytelling and live cinema performance. She earned a BFA in Photography at Colorado State University and has worked as a freelance photographer and designer for nearly a decade. She plays accordion, glockenspiel and sings in multiple musical projects. She often composes and performs original scores to her video and live cinema performances. Digital media allows her to combine her interests in audio, visual and socially conscious artworks.
